The City Council approved the PUD request for 28' wide street with a 40' ROW and 5' minimum side setbacks on Monday September 22nd 2025.

Previously, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on Thursday September 11th 2025 at 6:30 p.m. to consider a request by KAB Homes for the properties located at 2351 Buck Creek.  The applicant requested a PUD with 5' side yard setbacks and 28' wide roads for a concept 129 lot single family residence subdivision.

Festus City Council approved the Final Plat for Scenic Drive South on August 25, 2025 after Planning & Zonings recommendation August 21, 2025.  Gerard Laiben has proposed 6 single family dwellings on the parcel.

Festus City Council approved the Final Plat for Truman Landing on August 25, 2025 after Planning & Zonings recommendation August 21, 2025.  Tinnin Homes & Construction has proposed 29 Single Family Dwellings on the parcel.  There are currently 2 display homes under construction.
