Previously, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on Thursday September 11th 2025 at 6:30 p.m. to consider a request by KAB Homes for the properties located at 2351 Buck Creek. The applicant requested a PUD with 5' side yard setbacks and 28' wide roads for a concept 129 lot single family residence subdivision.
