Online Payments
The City of Festus now accepts payments online and in person using one of these payment methods in addition to accepting cash, checks, or money orders.
Building Permits
You can view and pay your building permit using InvoiceCloud. You'll need to have your full account number to access it. Fees will be applied. You can also call the InvoiceCloud payment portal at 844-559-3100.
Water Bills

Pay at Drop Boxes
There are also two drop boxes:
- City Hall, 711 W Main Street
- Public Works, 950 N 5th Street
Don't forget you can pay at the front counter of Public Works from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Sewer Bills

You can view and pay your sewer bill to the Jefferson County Public Sewer District online or by calling 636-797-9900.
