Overview
Festus Emergency Management operates out of the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) located in the basement of city hall and oversees maintenance of the Emergency Outdoor Warning System (6 sirens located throughout the city), prepares officials in the event of a disaster, coordinates with federal and state agencies in the event of a disaster, and provides some quick education for student tour groups.
